The Crime Scene Assistant (ACC) tool aims to assist the Homicide Division of the Civil Police of RN in the preliminary investigation of crimes involving fatalities. This tool integrates with the API of the Integrated Public Security Operations Center (CIOSP) of RN, allowing access to information about murder crimes and aiding in the completion of criminal investigation forms. The system precisely captures the geolocation of the event and issues relevant documents for each occurrence. It also operates offline on mobile devices, developed using React frameworks based on JavaScript and Spring frameworks based on Java. In terms of context, the ACC falls within the realm of Public Security and could be reused in other states where preliminary investigations of crimes involving fatalities are still documented using pen and paper.
